2. No Guarantees / No Earnings Claims

We do not guarantee:

  • Income, profits, or financial results

  • Marketing performance or lead volume

  • Business success or growth

Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and many external factors.

3. Payments & Billing

We accept payments via:

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

Offerings may include:

  • One-time purchases

  • Subscriptions or memberships

  • Payment plans

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method according to the terms agreed at checkout.

4. Subscription & Payment Plan Terms

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled

  • You are responsible for managing cancellations before renewal

  • Failure to cancel does not entitle you to a refund

  • Missed payment plan installments may result in loss of access

5. Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the digital, educational, and consulting nature of our services:

 

  • No refunds

  • No chargebacks

  • No cancellations once access is provided

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate termination of access.

7. User Accounts & Access

 

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials. Account sharing is prohibited and may result in termination without refund.

All content, systems, frameworks, templates, prompts, videos, and materials are owned by E&J Coleman LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, resell, or reproduce content without written permission.

9. Prohibited Conduct

 

You may not:

  • Share access credentials

  • Reverse engineer systems

  • Use services unlawfully

  • Interfere with platform security
